What you receive, and when
- Service provided
- For the tour purchased, and for the buyer only: "Look back further" in the recap (hall-of-fame posts across all shows, show-by-show comparison, and CSV export of your posts), and no advertising on that tour's pages. Nothing is unlocked for other users. What is free stays free after purchase.
- Delivery
- Available immediately once payment completes. There is no expiry (except where the tour is hidden or deleted).

- A current web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox).

- Because a purchase is a digital service that becomes usable immediately, we do not offer refunds or cancellation after payment completes. Cases where a technical fault on our side prevented delivery are handled individually.
